A few missing pieces here and there but fortunately, my husband and I do a lot of sets so we were able to substitute pieces from some we had. Overall, a very nice set. A few of the roof pieces were a bit of a challenge as in multiple places everything was literally connected by one pin. We added some small twos to make things a little more sturdy. The set turned out very nice. Like it!!!!
